Course Overview
Banks and other financial services companies contribute indirectly to environmental sustainability issues as they provide the much needed funds to support diverse projects and activities that may result in environmental and social impacts.
The course reviews the role of financial organisations in adopting measures and policies that would assist their managers to identify and analyse environmental and social risks inherent in a proposed new project or an asset placed as collateral to guarantee loan repayment.
